They actually have a nice and modern atmosphere. Food was a touch pricey for the quality and portion size.

When I walked through the doors I felt like I walked straight into 1993. It was a Saturday night so it was fairly busy, but they were obviously understaffed, at least in the bar area. The poor girls were hustling and trying to keep up, but they did not have enough help. I wasn't in any rush so not a big deal, I struck up a good conversation with the old guy sittin next to me. My steak was good but his was not, he said his was full of grizzle. Staff was friendly and did their best. But sometimes it's about the journey and the experience. Waiting a little too long for my soda water with lemon and lime, and getting a slightly overcooked steak wasn't the worst thing in the world. I ended up meeting a new old dude with 87 years of life experience and plenty of wisdom to share. Funny how things sometimes work out, whether that's how we planned it or not. And it seemed like the other people at the bar were laughing and having a good time too. It's actually refreshing to see others not get too uptight about slow service on a busy night, sometimes you can't do too much about it. And besides, why are we all in such a hurry all the time anyway? It is the journey.

By far the worst dining experience I’ve had in the past 14 years. I travel weekly for work and eat all over Montana and have eaten at this outback numerous times. Well tonight was unbelievably bad. 40 minutes to get drinks. All four of our plates came out wrong. 20 minutes and 4 asks to get dressing for my steakhouse salad dinner. Never got bloomin onion ordered. My son got the wrong shrimp. Wife’s order was completely messed up. But atleast the manager took care of the bill.

Wow oh wow! Family of 5 went- was sat right away- so far so good! Got our drinks fast- order in fast- restaurant started filling up so new it would be a little wait 3rd round of drinks come out- no appetizer yet, salad, bread Noticed 2 tables have already rotated out and new people sat Asked my server when we can expect Our order- attitude and walks away Sat for most 2 hours before I said anything Low and behold food came out- cold. Lobster was absolutely cold and so was broccoli Kids burgers cold Husbands ribs- cold So basically it was just sitting back there waiting for someone to run Paid 270 dollars for cold food- not one apology Not one check in after we got our food Don’t waste your money!

We usually go to Outback when traveling- it’s pretty consistent across the board. This was a negative experience. We had horribly slow service. It should not take a two top over an hour to get in and out with open tables! Got there at 615, had to be somewhere by 730. Had to stand at the host desk for about five minutes before anybody came up and greeted us. And keep in mind- they were not busy, a lot of open tables. She asked if we were ok sitting in the bar, no problem, service is usually quicker in there anyway. Server took forever to get to our table- we knew what we wanted when we sat down and ordered everything as soon as she came to the table. She left with our order at 627pm. We did not get salads until after 645. Our server, Angela W., actively avoided eye contact and coming to our table. Shortly after 7pm she came over and said that our order should be out soon. When I pointed out that two other tables that ordered after us had already gotten their food (and were halfway done eating) she tried to tell me that it’d only been 20 minutes. Food did not come out until 708pm. We had no time to eat, had to immediately box it up, and go to our event hungry. She knew I was upset, but never offered to get a manager. Do not go here if you have any sort of plans afterwards. Update: they sent gift cards as an apology. The gift cards expire in a month, and we don’t have an Outback where we live. An apology that expires- very classy Outback. Not to mention I’m fairly sure I got food poisoning, and have been sick for six days so far.
