  Worst McDonald’s ever every time never fails no time of day or night they take your order make you pay for your food and then you wait at a freaking stop sign. Everybody in line is waiting every single time worst service ever for a drive-through. …..and there’s also a line behind me

  The food was what you would expect but as I’m waiting for my drink cups an elderly woman flagged down the manager and asked if she could still order up front. She had been waiting with her husband for a long time. The manager snapped at her and said “I’m trying to get the food out” before turning around and continuing to ignore her. The elderly lady wasn’t rude and even expanded she was just asking but the manager was just so rude. And then she walked back and started barking orders and shaking her head at the employees.

  On May 6, 2026 I came to this location. I stood by the counter for about 10 minutes or so.Not one employee acknowledged me. There was a few cars in line outside. Another customer came in and he placed an order and received his order promptly. I was standing very close to the man and not one of your employees asked if I needed to place and order. Finally a young man with very curly hair and wearing a visor came over. I asked to speak to a manager he mumbled some I couldn't understand i then asked for a card for the manager he mumbled something else by that time I was very irritated. I then told him that the store was junk. I thought a supervisor or manager should be on site. No name tags on employees to identify them. It is not the employees fault that this happening it is the manager.who failed to train the employees. I believe the owner of this store doesn't know what is happening at this store or doesn't care. I see your ratings at this store are very low. I will never set foot in this store again.

  The employees enjoy lying to you when they are supposed to be trusted to serve food! Submitted a complaint to the company and all they did was forward it to the location manager. In which, I never got a follow up! ZERO STARS!

  Ordered nuggets and a drink at the self serve kiosk. Proceeded to wait 15 min for my food…. This location is needs to get their priorities straight. Yall have so many workers. All yall care about is drive thru and curbside orders. On top of the wait on JUST NUGGETS, they weren’t even FRESH. Crazy. Fully staffed and can’t even put out nuggets quickly.
