Window wall itself is so nasty that I cant believe they serve food thru it. Order 6 sandwiches and get 5, say no egg and get ONLY egg. No I dont want your voucher, I won't be back until I've heard of Improvement.

Informed guy working the front register of the situation. After 10 more mins had passed I asked him again about my order which I was told they were working on it. Did not receive my order till 8:43. There was a lot of attitude coming from the man who I had interacted with not just towards me but towards other customers. I do understand mornings are a bit busier but waiting 20 mins on an order seems a bit excessive
