  I would give zero stars if I could. For nurses week it says on the jj website they will give free sub to nurses today, when I called to check, the man who answered said nope, very rude tone with no explanation. I told him politely that it was advertised online and again he just rudely said, “well we’re not”. I understand not all locations are participating however he was very rude and couldn’t even say that politely. I asked for a manager which he then identified himself as and said his name was Jake. Pretty disappointed in this interaction.

  They are insanely friendly! We've always has great service it's not the fastest Jimmy John's but the sandwiches are always great. Love coming here every once in a blue moon they love seeing the dogs in the car and overall I wouldn't change anything about this location.

  Went through the drive thru. When I arrived there were no cars in the drive through so I thought I'd get through in a hurry...... Wrong!!! I sat at the ordering post for a good 2 minutes before anyone acknowledged I was even there. Young lady told me she would be with me in a minute...... 5 minutes later..... Then I sat at the actual window for at least 4 to 5 minutes before she actually came to the window. She came to the window with the food in hand..... By then there were 3 cars behind me Freaky fast??? Not this time..... Must have been short on workers that evening.

  Best wraps ever, chicken Cesar and the Tuscan Italian were fabulous. I’ll literally never go back to subway. I love you

  Awful customer service. Everyone who works there acts like its the worst thing in the world. You also have to bag your own to go order. When you ask for a bag they just had it to you to do yourself or ask you to grab it yourself behind the counter. Unacceptable to have to bag your own order. Three separate trips in a row same thing, bag your own order.
