- JAJason ArredondoJul 26, 20264.0I'm not much of a fan of Five Guys, but I was out-voted by the family when choosing lunch on our road trip. To my surprise I had an okay experience. This location offers quick, fresh service but could perhaps be a bit more mindful of conversations. Hearing a team member tell another team member not to label my order so we can "figure it out" put a little damper on my experience, but they accurately labeled our family's order and burgers anyway. I'm sure they were joking about labeling the order, but guests can easily hear kitchen banter and conversations from within the dining room. The food was fresh and accurate, although I believe we received an extra burger and fries we did not order, but the team insisted the meal belonged to us. I hope someone else's order didn't get shorted. We expected a twenty to twenty-five minutes wait, which was accurately quoted for the lunch rush, which I appreciate. Overall, I'm still on the fence about what I consider to be an okay burger, but this location does a pretty good job at being accurate, quick, and helpful.

Friendly service. My burger was perfectly cooked and excellent . My only complaint would be for a less mushy bun, but that’s a five guys thing. They gave me more fries than asked for which they are known to do, but they were delicious.

Was almost like the patty was not cooked all the way or just poor quality. Threw it away. Five Guys used to be good when I had my first meal, but this was not good at all. Sorry but definitely not coming back again.

I couldn't figure out the drink machine, but that's on me. Super personable, busy but not a long wait. Prices were a tad high, but what isn't more expensive now!
