- AAAllison6 days ago1.0I’ve ordered from here before and it’s been fine expect the occasional missing ingredients or sauces. Tonight was a different story. I waited 25+ minutes in the drive thru pickup line with no end in sight. Thankfully the four cars behind me ended up backing out so I could as well. Called customer support and got the nastiest customer service rep. Just overall an extremely negative experience.

It was a free cup of guacamole, like a $0.05 worth of food. The cashier laughed a bit when i mentioned leaving a bad review. Did not care at all. They also charged me $3 for a soda. I didnt ask for a soda, i never received a soda. Did not realize until i got home and viewed receipt.

Placed an online order at 11:50 pick up, just to wait 15 minutes because they won't tell people whose order isnt ready to move forward and come back around. Finally after waiting 15 minutes past my original pick up time, getting the wrong order. Don't order from this chipotle again. Stick with grand Ave or heights.
