  I was at the drive through lane, the order for two other cars were taken and I was ignored. When I went inside the manager told me to leave because I said I was sitting in drive through and no one took my order. This is the worst service ever.

  It’s difficult to determine whether this location is chronically understaffed or simply lacking in professionalism. Several items were missing from our order, and when we politely brought the mistake to the staff’s attention, we were met with attitude rather than an apology or a solution. Mistakes happen, and most reasonable people understand that. What isn’t understandable is treating customers as though correcting your own error is an inconvenience. The food we actually received was fine, but good food doesn’t make up for poor service. Customer service shouldn’t deteriorate simply because employees are unhappy with their workplace. Professionalism costs nothing, yet it seemed to be the one thing unavailable during our visit. If customer service feels like such a burden, perhaps the issue extends beyond the order itself. I sincerely hope management addresses both the staffing concerns and the culture surrounding customer service, because neither reflected well on the business.

  It looks like the roast beef sat out on the counter at least a few hours before they gave it to me it had a weird crust on it that's usually not there absolutely disgusting

  Food tasted fine but hurt my family's stomachs, the air was sticky amd itchy I dont know how else to explain, there was mold on the soda fountain, condiments spilled on the counter and while yes a small amount would never bug its a restaurant i get spills and messes happen but it was quite a bit and it looked days old, the bathrooms were horrendous i held my bladder walked straight out of the bathroom waited til I got home 30 minutes later, the workers were fine they were polite but that was the only positive thing
