    Edit: I've updated my review because we had good customer service the other day, but my original review content will remain. On Mother's Day, I felt like this establishment was understaffed. There was a family in front of me ordering four sandwiches, and a kid in front of me who ordered three sandwiches. There were also two people behind me who had ordered their sandwiches online. I got their at 5:30 and was still in line at 6:20. The server let the people who had ordered their sandwiches online go in front of me. My understanding is that when you order online, your sandwiches are supposed to be ready for pickup. After the first person who had pre-ordered online was let in front of me, I protested, because I only had one sandwich to order. The person who had been let in front of me snipped at me and said, "If you can't wait, just go somewhere else."

    Nice and clean and the food is fresh! Customer service is fantastic! A great improvement with the new owner and management for sure! What a huge difference! 👍☺️

    The food prep area was filthy. Dried up vegetables and gunk everywhere. Cutting boards were covered with a bunch of food remnants. The glass covering the vegetables was disgusting. Looked like it was wiped with a dirty rag, hazy and streaked. When asked when they last cleaned, one of the 4 teens behind the counter said yesterday. It was 4:30 pm. I told him the condition was disgusting, he spouted off "it looks fine to me". I left without my sandwiches. I should have asked for a refund. Worst Subway I've ever seen. Will not be going back again and wouldn't suggest anyone else eat there.
