  On Mother's Day, I felt like this establishment was understaffed. There was a family in front of me ordering four sandwiches, and a kid in front of me who ordered three sandwiches. There were also two people behind me who had ordered their sandwiches online. I got their at 5:30 and was still in line at 6:20. The server let the people who had ordered their sandwiches online go in front of me. My understanding is that when you order online, your sandwiches are supposed to be ready for pickup. After the first person who had pre-ordered online was let in front of me, I protested, because I only had one sandwich to order. The person who had been let in front of me snipped at me and said, "If you can't wait, just go somewhere else."

  Came here today, 06/09, to get a nice lunch. New trainee was working, name Reese. He was a G! Served up my boyfriend’s food fast and efficiently while making polite conversation. He did exactly what my boyfriend asked for the sandwich, and made it look immaculate. The manager though, made our experience not the best though. She just stood watching most of the time, glaring at her employees and us as well as the other customers. Then when she went to make our dipper, she asked what kind, we told her, and she still forgot an ingredient. This being, while she was in the middle of teaching Reese. Thank you Reese and Deborah for our great service! The blond lady that was there though just made it not worth our while.
