- KKKathiaMay 12, 20265.0We love shopping at this Albertsons. The employees are usually really kind. However, for Mother’s Day they absolutely made my daughter’s day. The Monday after Mother’s Day they like to give away balloons that didn’t sell. She was given a balloon that unfortunately ended up flying out of the car window. My husband went back on Tuesday to buy another balloon and he ended up joking about how the free balloon flew away. The woman at the front very happily told my husband to take an entire balloon bouquet to make up for the missing fly away balloon. Thank you Albertsons staff!

There are some cashiers at the self checkout, though, that don't pay attention to customers or, most recently, I had a young man with longer hair decide he was going to do the survey for me when I was getting ready to pay? He said something along the lines of "Keeps coperate happy" then complimented me on my earrings saying they reminded him of his grandmother?? Don't let encounters like this ruin it, though. Like I said, great staff *most* of the time. I just wish the front end, self checkout cashiers weren't so rude.
- MVMorgan VaccaApr 11, 20261.0Their bakery is a absolute joke ordered a cake for my nieces 10th birthday and the colors are completely wrong and it was supposed to say happy 10th birthday with her name and it said #10 b- with her name and then it was supposed to be chocolate not vanilla and three weeks ago we picked up another birthday cake for a friend and it was 100% wrong.
