  Wow! Customer service was horrible. There were four employees working, pretty much standing around when I first walked in, I had to wait for them to slice meat for my wrap, then was told I couldn’t add any extra veggies to my wrap even though I was willing to pay extra. The wait was not worth the sandwich, and the manager (I’m assuming was the manager) was very rude when talking to me and my father. We will never go there again!

  There was olives and onion in my sandwich, which I didn't order on it. We waited forever to get our order and the ranch tasted expired.

  I wish I could tell you how the food was but we didn't get that far in the process. We walked in and the gal at the front called for somebody to come help us. She was making a sandwich and said she was on break. We waited for a few moments and nobody came out. The gal on break started making our sandwiches (2 sandwiches). During that time a former employee showed up and tried going behind the counter. The other 2 employees then came out to joke around with him and asked why he was there. 2 other people then walked in, the gal making our sandwiches gave a worried look to us, perhaps because she was on break, either way it was unprofessional. The other 2 employees were behind the counter at that time. They then started talking to the gal who was making my sandwich. She was in the middle of asking me which cheese for the 3rd time and took her attention away to joke with the other employees and former employee. I had enough and told her to nevermind with our sandwiches and left. I don’t feel too bad because in the 5 minutes we were there she pulled out one thing of flatbread and cut a footlong in half. She did put 2 pieces of cheese on the flatbread so maybe I’m being ungrateful. Either way, we were the only 2 customers there when we arrived. Awful experience!

  I like the subway it’s good there the employees are cool and nice and they get my orders right but if they didn’t get my order right i would care less because the employees are nice there their cool the atmosphere isn’t that bad

  Waited after ordering online pickup for an extra ten minutes, two sandwiches. No rush. Three walk ins were fully helped before my sandwiches were even finished and I get home to find this monstrosity. The manager decided they should leave instead of helping who I only could assume shouldn’t be doing this alone or at all at the very least. This used to be a nice subway. So I’ll do my five minutes of surgery to fix a sandwich I paid way too much money for. Took to wrappers to close this garbage up. What a joke
