  I was one of the only customers in there and had to wait over 30 minutes for my food because they forgot to make it even though I told them I was still waiting on it. When I finally got my food it tasted overall gross, burnt, and was soggy. It smelled like something was burning in the building and the service was terrible, every single employee looked like they hated their life and were in no hurry to take orders or help customers. It was also so trashed and dirty on the inside. Nothing had been restocked like the cups and sauces and no tables had been cleaned.

  You don't get napkins you don't get sauce you get charged extra for everything they don't put everything on your food they don't they just don't damn do

  Used the mobile app to order and they didnt even have half of the ingredients for the order. Should probably specify if stuff is available or not BEFORE someone pays for it and WAITS half an hour, or at the very least let them now via app notifications.

  Taco Bell is not fine dining, and I understand that. However, this place is rough. Restrooms were clean, but workers had zero intention to take someone's order, and had only two kiosks for our party of >3. Wait felt longer than needed, and *all* of our orders did not come with a cup it was either asked for or was brought later. The drink stand was a disaster, one side was all syrup, one side was all carbonation, I guess the intention was to make your own. Food was mid even for Taco Bell. A lady from the drivethrough came inside to fix her order while we were there. The "atmosphere" is comparable to watching paint dry at a funeral... with no AC to speak of. Koe Wetzel would be very disappointed, and honestly I am as well.

  Worst Taco Bell I've ever been too. 25 minute drive through time, no meat in the tacos, missing sauces I paid extra for... the list goes on. Avoid this one at all costs!
