  I come here almost everyday for lunch cuz it's quick and easy and usually they get my order right or close enough I don't bother. But I went today and ordered mozzarella sticks and got given a freaking cheeseburger. Idk how you can get that mixed up. I get being busy but in fast food you gotta be able to keep up and pay attention. I came back though after seeing my food was wrong and was told that I would have to reorder and pay if I wanted mozzarella sticks instead so I just kept the food I was given cuz I can't afford to get it fixed. Yall need to do better cuz it doesn't seem like anyone up there really cares about getting your food right.

  Not sure who ms Sheryl is but she takes our order almost every day, and every single day she is just as rude as before.. she rushes through your order and cuts you off when you are speaking, obviously I’m going to tell you my side and drink, but you have to stop cutting me off so I can give it to you… multiple occasions, she has messed up our order due to the fact that she literally RUSHES through it… I love coming here for lunch, and the servers are absolutely awesome and know what we are getting before we order it. but Sheryl is just too quick to listen to anything.. she sounds genuinely aggravated about having to take our orders 🫠

  Came in today to get some quick lunch. We ordered our food and paid with a card at the booth. It had gone all the way through to the top screen just like it has everytime. Ended up waiting about 10-15 minutes just for the food to come out. When to food came out the car hop lady handed us our food and drinks and then had told us we hadn't paid for our food yet. We explained that we did and told her how everything went on the screen. She told us it must've not gone through so we sent her with the card to run it somewhere else. 5 minutes later comes back and says it's still not working. Knowing there is money on the card and it's not locked, we gave her another card to use. Also with money on it and unlock. Another 5ish minutes and she claims that one isn't working either. The car hop insisted our cards either didn't have money them or they were locked even after proving otherwise and never once told any form of higher up that their card readers are probably down. Instead they proceeded to ask for the food back and told us "sorry" Never been a huge fan of this place but I eat there. This just takes the cake.
