  Sonic apparently doesnt know how to listen when you say there's a food allergy and they like to cut you off while you're trying to order. I called and talked to the manager but he had nothing to say besides I'll get on them about it. They said "okay" when we told them about the food allergy and do not put the ketchup in the bag. This isn't the first time I have had this issue. It happens EVERY SINGLE TIME!!! I have a tomato allergy and made it VERY CLEAR not to put tomatoes or ketchup on the food AND DO NOT put ketchup in the bag. The only thing they listened to about my FOOD ALLERGY WAS NOT PUTTING IT ON THE FOOD!!! GOD FORBID SOMETHING WERE TO HAPPEN WITH ANY CONTACT WITH THIS. IT COULD'VE BEEN A LAWSUIT!!! BUT THE FACT THAT THE MANAGER TONIGHT 8/26/2026 DID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP WITH IT, ABSOLUTELY BAFFLES ME! THEY ARE LUCKY I WAS IN A GOOD MOOD AND DID NOT WANT TO CAUSE A HUGE ISSUE BUT THEIR CORPORATE OFFICE WILL BE HEARING ABOUT THIS! I AM BEYOND ANNOYED NOW BY THE NEGLIGENCE OF NOT ONLY THE EMPLOYEES BUT THE MANAGER TOO. SOMETHING SHOULD HAVE BEEN DONE WHEN THEY WERE INFORMED THE FIRST TIME ABOUT THIS BUT THE SAME ISSUE OCCURS EVERY TIME! DO BETTER SONIC.🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬

  The breakfast sandwich that I had was amazing. I've eaten at several Sonics but this one makes the best breakfast sandwiches.

  They got our food wrong but the manager ran out to our car to find out what went wrong and personally took car of it. We didn't have to wait very long for the correction.
