  It took them a while to come to the window, but the ice cream was amazing. My girls danced for a duck. Prices were fair too.

  (This is someone else’s post on Facebook! I’m reposting this on here to keep from people wasting their time going to Frosty Mug in Wiggins Mississippi!!). Went to eat at Frosty Mug again 30$ and it will be THE LAST TIME!! I ordered a 12' shrimp poboy and it was very obviously old shrimp they refried.. It tasted like old oil and double fish batter with way too much corn meal and way too much seasoning. (You could tell they used fish mix and not shrimp mix) My son ordered some chicken strips and they were terrible too he threw them away. (i didnt even say anything about that) It wouldn't have been so bad if it wasnt cooked twice after sitting under a heat lamp for a while in between. Ive cooked in kitchen my whole young life and I know when something is cooked twice in dirty grease. I was very nice went back up there after I called 6 times and they didnt answer. I asked her could I please have my money back the poboy was disgusting and I was sorry but it was inedible. She took the poboy went dug in it and came back telling me there was nothing wrong with it I said "yeah its nasty and old id like my money back Please" she said she would have to call her boss so I asked her to pls do that so she left then came back said the same thing "there's nothing wrong with the poboy and my boss said I cant give u the money back!" I said, "well for 16$ you could've saved your restaurant a bad review, but fine I understand you dont want your business to last very long" Then I left bc if i had done what some ppl do and threw a fit they wouldnt take advantage of me but thats how they wont to run the business with the worst website ive ever seen and the highest prices for everything with the lowest quality food then what can I do. When you take advantage of your customers you always loose in the end. So here's my review I hope it saves someone else from getting the worst shrimp poboy in history. — at Frosty Mug.

  The young girl that works there is rude ....I only asked what flavors of milkahakes they had and her response was oh the TV is off ? Processed to take 10 min to come fix the screen instead of just answering my question I didn't have time to wait for that so I just left like dang all you had to do was say choc straw etc lol it wasn't that hard but she had a. Attitude from the beginning .....I'm not trying to be a Karen I swear but really tho

  Good food..clean inside and outside..fries hot.. drink cold . Burgers were big and good ..seating is outside..fans to cool you off ..worked great ...parking is ok.. we didn't have any problems..but if it was busy I could see a issue..needs shade for parking area...I recommend a stop by if your in the area..you won't be disappointed ..big menu ..good food

  I feel that the people who own Frosty Mug now have the right idea, but I really wish they would bring back the original milkshakes and malts, and in the size that they were because that to me was a big part of the Frosty Mug. I have been going to the Frosty Mug my whole life and lived here my whole life. Every time I do go to get food everybody is super nice and the service is great. I have never had bad service there. The size of the original shakes and malts were the medium and large styrofoam cups.
