I wanted the chicken sandwich and they were out of chicken, and instead of leaving it at that, they offered to make one with the chicken strips.

I was in late for a pickup to go mobile order and everything was actually made right then and there. Great Service.

store was completely under staffed. had only one person taking both drive thru and in store orders. She was doing her best, but had too constantly jump between both. My order took over 20 mins, and was not 100% correct. I did not go back for correction because knew how long it would take. store was also not clean due to under staffing IMO

Sadly there were just entirely TOO Many NEGATIVE Reviews so we drove to the Poplarville Arby’s! There, their always Attentive, Courteous and the Food is always great and never disappointing!

We live in a day and age where hard work isn’t noticed or appreciated like it used to be. Today I had the Pleasure to watch a 22yr old young woman lead a restaurant the way any owner would praise to see. Aside from how polite and respectful she was, she was leading her crew so well managing their time to stay on task interacting with customers you couldn’t ask for a better role model or employee. Ariona should be acknowledged and commended for such a fine representation of what hard work can bring. This young lady will go very far in life.
