  Unless you absolutely have to, do not go here. Within the last 2 weeks, i’ve tried to place a mobile order because they messed up my food last time and i got a 10$ off credit i’ve been trying to use: Without fail every time they say they didn’t receive my order? Well this time, they accepted the order AS WE GOT TO THE WINDOW. so they tell us to pull up, also they are out of steak so is chicken okay? sure. WHY DID WE WAIT 25 minutes for there to be no chicken in the burrito??? Literally the worst service at this location. do not recommend!!

  Came up from Chicago to visit family, best Taco Bell I have ever been to!! (and we go to many) Service was outstanding both times we went and the food was gas. Better portions out in MI than I’ve ever seen in Chicago, this location deserves all the love!

  Honestly I don't write negative reviews but this place has got me furious. Before I even make it inside the restaurant there's an employee in front of door practically guarding the door like a linebacker who I then proceed to find out is the manager. The kiosk to order is more than a hassle. I finally got my order in and my name is called for them to tell me that they don't have any of the special items on the menu. By this point I'm livid. I then have to wait another 5 minutes for one of the worst meals I have had. No idea what it was but I ate it because I had to go back to work and had to get it to go because it took so long. I don't write bad reviews but this nonsense needs some serious attention and fast.
