  Im not even mad at this point. This guy got my order wrong, the stall screen froze so I cant pay or tell him its wrong, and then while I sat here, I got to listen to him get two more orders wrong. Edit: nevermind. It took over 15 minutes for two shakes that were obviously forgotten about. Never going back

  Horrible service, would not recommend!! Cold food and carhops playing around while forgetting to bring your order out! Then to just laugh in your face!

  I have never been to a sonic that i had the worst experience and i ordered a sonic burger with light lettuce mayo, tots n drink. I got cold tater tots so i kindly asked for hot ones and when that was brought out i had opened my burger took bite and immediately had girl come back out and i had no cheese, little mayo n pickles so i sent her back in and i asked the name of the cook she said we have like 3 in there. Management please review with your employees how to make a burger and pay attention, we are paying customers and expect hot food and not have to keep sending an order back in. If you dont like your job im sure there are other applicants that truly want your position!!!

  Havent been there in 5 years because of issues and today i tryed again i wont be back .. service and food was horrible. My brother also was highly disappointed
