  I can’t believe I was just threaten at Sonic in Water Valley. I ordered an M&M Blast. They sent out a hot fudge shake. I asked Haydon to return it for the M&M Blast. I even told him that I worked at this Sonic years ago. He returned with the same messy shake leaking and a scoop of M&Ms dumped on the top. I asked him to he a manager so I could get my money back. The assistant manager, who was chilling outside near a truck, told me she couldn’t give me my money back even though Hayden took back both items from my order. The general manager came out yelling. When I asked her why she was yelling, she justified it with an explanation that it was her tone. When she became even more irate. I stopped talking to her and just listened to her yell. She came out yelling at me. She made a huge scene while I drove away. She didn’t even want to give me my receipt. I had to ask several times for her to give it to me. She even called me names as I just smiled at her in silence. While she yelled at me, the assistant manager stood next to me. You can even hear the assistant manager mumbling on the recording. She told me to call the cops, too. She tried to belittle be by saying that I was college educated since she saw my parking decal. She don’t ever have to worry about me ever spending a dime at Sonic.   Never clean their ice cream machines so don’t even bother trying to get any shakes or slushes

  I seldom do reviews, but this one was needed. The worst service ever in a fast food restaurant. It took over 5 minutes from the time I pressed the button before my order was taken. It was then 30 minutes before I received my order. If I hadn't paid with credit card, I wouldn't have waited so long.
