Dined in Sunday sept 27th 7 a m. I got a plate son got biscuits and gravy. Ugh the gravy was water! !! When we left we got the hot honey chicken biscuits. You literally couldn't taste any honey flavor, a real ripoff. If it wasn't for the horrible gravy and non existent honey, everything else was exceptional!!!! New to area Water Valley Jacks will be our sunday morning go to, but sure hope they learn how to make gravy properly, and dont put HH on a wrapper if theres no HH (which im sure is not actual honey but rather a honey flavoring.

On 9/20/26 during lunch time, I placed a mobile order and waited until the appropriate time to pick it up. I went through the drive through and the employee was so unprofessional and ghetto. She did not greet me. Her tone was horrible, as if she hates her job and hates all customers. When I got to the window, she just handed us the food and drinks and turned around and shut the window. She didn’t greet us then, she didn’t offer a goodbye or have a nice day. I didn’t even have straws or condiments. She is doing an amazing job of making every customer feel unwelcome and NOT. COME. BACK. I didn’t even ask for the straws or condiments. The burger tasted so cheap and the mayo was very nasty. If you are going to prepare nasty food, atleast make up for it with a good attitude. If you hate your job, PLEASE quit.
