This particular location every person on this day at night shift was exceptionally nice. They went above and beyond customer service especially when times like these day are hard to keep smiles and positive attitude. They really out did me. My food was even hot. Not 1 item was cold or dried out stale. Nothing wrong at all. Im just so happy 😊 I'll sleep really well tonight belly is happy and full. Goodnight Store 334

The biscuit was basically dough, no butter. Chicken was so spicy it wasn't fitting to eat. It took 15 mins for Lane to take our order... he was all over the place bless his heart there were only 4 people working. The bathroom had no tissue paper, garbage running out in the floor, poop on the toilet , the toilet and the paper holder were barely attached to the wall, and the sink and mirror look as if it hasn't been cleaned since opening day!

Late on a Tuesday night and fast food is usually is recipe for disappointment. Especially true in a rural small town community like Walnut MS. Myself and the owner of our business were weary travelers coming from a tech training session in Oklahoma on this Tuesday night. We expected a sunlamp baked three hour old burger and cold fries. After all, it was pushing 9:00 pm. Jacks is our “go-to” quick meal spot back home in Alabama. Our expectations already written. I’ll have to admit, this experience was 100% better than any previous ones. The kid at the register, Chris, was friendly and prompt. His manager has done a fine job training him, or he was drafted from Chick-Fil-A. The food was prepped as we waited and was perfect. I had the rib and Cannonball had the big jack. We both had the strawberry pie suggested by Chris. The pies were perfect temp- no chance of scalding six layers of skin off like the lava apple from the arch place. Just wanted to share an A+ experience for a change. Hey GM, Amanda. Could you please drive over to East Alabama and spend a few weeks squaring up a few of our stores? Sure would be dandy. Thanks, Bamachuck PS: the bathroom was spotless and perfectly stocked.
