  By far the worst taco bell I've ever been to. They took almost an hr to give me my oder plus they had about 15 more people wait for long periods of time.

  I ordered 4 Doritos locos tacos and one Mexican pizza. The order came out cold, 30 minutes later... The Mexican pizza had zero beef on it, completely compiled of refried beans. All 4 tacos were regular shells and not Doritos but wrapped in a Doritos locos wrapper lol. The sauces I asked for were on the receipt but not in the bag. No napkins , just everything I didn't order except the Mexican pizza but it was made wrong.

  Had not had taco bell for a while the shells has a old grease taste. I was sad because this was my go to place.

  The young lady in the drive thru was very nice and respectful whoever was over her on this shift at 7:20 pm needs to learn how to talk to people better what sense does it make because I spent a certain amount of money I can’t make two orders I will not be back taco casa it is .

  I have been to this taco bell so many times and never had a problem but it took me 30 minutes just to get my order taken in the drive thru and when we did get it taken I have a online order it took another 30 minutes to get it they pulled up every one and was just giving the wrong order to people we was giving a order and we said was it my online order and said the name and he said yes I always check my food before I leave this woman seen me look in the bag take stuff out that was her order he proceeds to take the bag back after we day it's the wrong order then he goes to give the bag that my hands have done been in and try to give it to the woman now I have worked in fast food for over 4 years you always say what was your order if you pull people up and you don't give a order away if someone has put there hands in I dont know the mas name but y'all need to get it together it was at 5 to 6 and and then when we did get are food we had some of my food missing the man was shy he didn't speak he only said 1 word he needs to go back to training I am hoping that he is in training that woman I don't blame her I would not wont that food either that could have gotten anyone sick I'm sorry but it's common sense not to give a bag out that someone else has have been in.
