  Could see multiple employees walking around yet no one answered the speakers or drive through. They walked in and out for smoke breaks though

  First time at this location. Had mobile order and went through the drive through. Service is extremely slow despite hardly any other customers being here. Service wasn't really friendly and there was littleraly like 3 onion rings in my onion ring order. It was 1 big, super burnt one and then two super crushed, burnt ones in the bottom of the bag..all burnt or taste like they were cooked in old fryer oil or redipped and refried. Also, they got both sandwiches wrong. We ordered chicken sandwiches and paid extra to add cheese, tomatoes, bacon..had to get back in line because..it was missing lettuce (which is standard on it), the cheese and the tomatoes..again we paid extra for those so anyways we got back in line and that again took a ridiculous amount of time only to get to the window and be met with a vibe of "what do you want me to do about it". We nicely explained the situation, and showed them the receipt and gave her the sandwiches back. We then waited again..only to recieve the same sandwiches back..that this time are clearly super, super microwaved and again were wrong. They left out the tomatoes and even the lettuce but i guess at least added the bacon..in bits..and cheese..but come on, this is straight up careless and garbage service..we ended up just leaving with the wrong sandwiches (that again we had paid extra for) because we had already spent so much time here but we are on a time crunch to get somewhere. And because honestly I wouldnt put it past this place to spit on our food simply because we wanted it made correctly had I gone back up there again. We were polite about it and we understand accidents happen and sometimes things take a bit, but all around Service and food has unfortunately not been good here..at all. It's been incredibly disappointing and straight up bad. Wasted a lot of time and our money. Litteraly they'd get 0 stars if it were an option. Next time we drive through and need to stop to eat..it will not be here. Life 360 shows we were here for over 40 mins just to get our food..and it be wrong..twice. ..no apologies..no effort to make it right or even produce safe or decent food..I took one bite and obviously its gross because it was way over microwaved and Honestly im worried about what else they might of done to it so its going in the trash, my money's wasted, And im going hungry. 😔 We are on an 11 hour drive..I waited 6 hrs to eat and this is what I got. I wish they could of at least cared or tried.
