  I had too wait over 15 minutes for my food not to mention there are 4 people working, so there is more then enough hands behind the counter too help get things moving. They are trucks in the fuel line so you can understand that we cant wait too long. There were coworkers talking and walking around like there is nothing to do knowing that there are 15 people waiting for there meals so they can get a quick bite to eat and hit the road. These truck drivers dont have much time on there hand's so you would think they would take there job seriously. I dont know who is the manager but they should really consider retraining there employees.

  The worst one ever. Everybody is friends and they are acting like they're busy. Moving bags around and walking in a circle. Touching bags and throwing things away.

  Terrible smok inside during two visits 5 days apart. Difficult to breathe inside and we all smelled like oil after both visits.

  I'm a truck driver that has been to this arbys over 50 times this year and I have not been treated as well as I was this morning. Mr. Robert was kind, patient, and went above and beyond to fulfill my order. Thank you sir for being the bright spot of this restaurant.

  Ordered a gyro. Lazy lady couldn't even ring me up and I was the only person, nobody behind me. Just because I am not ordering with cash and am using debit doesn't mean you can tell me to use the kiosk. How hard Is it to ring me up if I am already standing there the young lady in glasses is there. Straight I don't care attitude. Plus thr way she handed the food with the attitude, a customer could do without. Just rachid. Noone wants their food handed this way.
