  Just bad overall service.. every time me and my family come . It’s 20-30 min wait .. even when we online order . Food never fresh .. and o yea did I mention the 20-30 min wait for the food .. while everybody sit back laugh n play behind the counters

  Worst ran McDonald’s in all of the south! 30 minute wait times to not get all your food and half of it is made wrong

  We were traveling from out of town to stay at an Airbnb in McComb and stopped to get some food and this has to be the worse Mc. Donald’s I’ve ever been too. We went through the drive thru and were told to wait in one of the parking spots. We watched them come outside and give food to other people that came after us. They ended up giving our food to someone else and we waited like 30-minutes. I went inside and it wasn’t any better. Several people were waiting. Nobody even asked me if I needed any help and just stared at me. I asked for the manager and still no help. My husband is in the Military and has eaten at other Mc. Donald’s in other countries and has never received service like this before. We will never be back again to this one. They need to step it up and have better training and customer service or this establishment will not be open for long if changes are not made.
