- DDDanielSep 27, 20261.0If anyone else needs it, the Mississippi Department of Health complaint line is 800-227-7308. When I went in, the prep area must have been extremely hot, because the person making my sandwich had sweat dripping off of his face, and eventually it landed on my sandwich. When I said something to him, he just apologized and kept making my sandwich. When I asked for a refund, the manager got loud and insisted that I just accept another sandwich. This was a male manager, that I was unfamiliar with, not the lady manager that has always been cordial. I did eventually get my refund, only after other customers came in, which I presume he didnt want them to hear my complaint. Of course I let them know.
