  This is my go-to Domino’s location. The staff works so hard. I usually get my order pretty quick but depending on the day/time it might take a bit longer because they get so busy. Even when it takes longer my order always comes out exactly like I wanted so it’s worth the wait every time.

  i ordered my favorite pizza today definitely didn’t expect it to be like that. The worst pizza i’ve ever order. I just can’t believe they drop off my pizza and wing like that. If I wasn’t at work, I definitely would’ve took the pizza back. Whoever is in the kitchen definitely needs to be fired!!!

  I placed an almost $50 (after tip) order with this location on 3/10 for delivery. I received a notification about an hour later that my order had been delivered. Nothing had been delivered to my house, so I called the store to inform them of the mistake. They confirmed that their driver had messed up and that they’d remake the order right away and get it to me. I was fine with this as we are all human and make mistakes. Our order finally arrived at my doorstep almost 2 1/2 hours after I ordered it. When we were inspecting our food, we noticed they had made one of our pizzas incorrectly. I called the location again to ask for a refund of just the pizza that was wrong since this was the second issue of the night and we didn’t receive our dinner until almost 9pm. The pizza was only $6.99 before tax. I was informed by the manager that they’d have to send someone to my house at 9pm to confirm that what I was “claiming” was factual before they’d give me a refund of $7. The manager admitted that everything that took place that evening was their fault and that they were in the wrong. She told me to text her a picture of the incorrect pizza, which I did. I still have not heard back from the manager or the owner. In my opinion this was handled totally inappropriately and I still do not have a resolution. Do not order from this location. They do not care about their customers whatsoever.

  I pulled up to the window and waited several minutes. A worker peeked twice around the corner then disappeared. I had to CALL the store, while at the window to get him to wait on me! But the pizza was excellent!

  Editing to add that I did email this same information per the owner response below, but I believe that is just for show because they never reached out to me. Ordered while working from hotel, driver, Kayla?, refused to bring to my room (not against hotel policy), had to stop working/meeting to go down and pick up order. Was told by her when she called me to come down that they don’t bring to room, but when I asked in person she stated she was too busy to bring up because she had another delivery. Spoke with mgr, Will, who said it just depends on hotel how they deliver and he was busy and did not have time to check into this if I got my order. Very unprofessional, which is a shame because the food was good, but I will not order from here again.
