  Honestly this is not a bad review against this location but all chipotle locations in general. Y’all quick to charge 13 to 14 dollars for a meal and not have any meat up in the bowl. This happened to me the last time and they just did me like that again?!

  This was a disaster. The chips were rock hard STALE. When I was trying to get a drink: All Frescas were barr empty, the Tea had SOURED, and the counter you set your order down on was soaked and came through on my order. Also, ALL rice contained Cilantro not just the White. EDIT: Also the Rice was undercooked and Crunchy Do yourself a favor and pass on this. Dollar Menu Taco Bell is better amdh

  I never really write reviews, but after what happened today, I felt like I had to leave one. I walked in shortly after they opened and was the second customer of the day. I waited about five minutes for someone to come take my order, which I completely understood since they had just opened. When I got to the counter, there was a misunderstanding with my order. I specifically asked for no beans, but beans were put in my bowl. Normally, something like that wouldn’t bother me enough to say anything, but beans are a food I absolutely cannot stand. I politely said, “I’m so sorry, I didn’t want beans in my bowl.” The worker then pushed my bowl to the side and raised their voice at me, repeatedly saying, “What do you want? What do you want? What do you want?” They continued getting louder, and I honestly didn’t know how to respond because I was completely caught off guard. I was then rushed through the rest of the line as if I had somehow done something wrong, all because I asked for an item that I specifically requested to not be put in my bowl. I completely understand that misunderstandings happen, especially right after opening, and I don’t expect everyone to be in a perfect mood. But there was absolutely no reason for me to be spoken to that way when I was being polite about a simple mistake. It was just one of those “what the heck just happened?” moments. Unfortunately, I’ll be making the extra hour drive to Oxford for Chipotle from now on. 😅
