  Very poor service, didn’t have any drinks but tea and no ice. This store has the worst customer service.

  Getting ready to remodel store. Couldn't get the meal cause no drinks. So paid 23.00 for 2 steak and Mac bowls. Instead of $25 for 2 bowls 2 fries and 2 drinks. Got them home steak nuggets burn fried onions burnt and drier than a popcorn fart!!! Worst dinner have had in a long time. Would LOVE SOMEONE TO REACH OUT TO ME!!! I appreciate their comment but, it doesn't make up for the money I spent on a meal I could not finish!! Not sure if I would go back to Arby's anytime soon! Hope they fix the issue but, I was in retail all my life an would have offered a discount or free meal to try an get me back as a customer! Thanks for the comment really helped my wallet!

  Apparently this issue hasn't been fixed from 2 months ago. Hours posted on the door - dining room open until 10pm, drive-thru open til 11pm. Same as the other review I posted the pic of under this review. They are great during the day but at night its a nope. 20 minutes at the drive thru and no answer. Door was locked at 930pm. No one answering the door, the phone or the drive-thru with ALL the lights on. One car in the parking lot. No more business from us if you can't accept our business when we are there.

  I don't go here very often, but Ms. Maya at the drive through knew my order just by my voice! Lovely staff, and she made my day with something so simple. Thank you Ms. Maya!
