  Honestly, this was one of the most disappointing fast-food experiences I’ve had 😕. The location inside Love’s Travel Stop is convenient for travelers and truck drivers 🚛, but unfortunately the food quality did not match the price at all. I ended up spending much more than expected — around $40 — and somehow still left unsatisfied 💸. The portions looked decent at first, but the food itself just didn’t taste good. The biggest issue was the meat 🍖. It felt very dry and overcooked, and overall the sandwiches lacked flavor. Even the sides didn’t really help improve the experience. Instead of feeling full and satisfied after a long drive, I honestly just felt disappointed. The restaurant itself looked clean enough, and the employees were not rude 👍. The problem was mainly the food quality and value for money. For the amount paid, I expected something much fresher and better prepared. Maybe it was just a bad day or bad timing, but this stop definitely did not leave a good impression on me 🚫🍔. There are usually much better food options at travel stops nearby.

  Unfortunately I have to leave a 1 star again. It's been a while since I stopped here. Thought i would try again since it's been awhile since they opened and should be better. I ordered a number 2 meal XL and with all the Arby's content about the peach cobbler i ordered that as well. Went to get my drink and the machine was out of order. Said use loves. So I did. And I ended up throwing away my drink and bought one because of the drink being flat. Not tasting good at all. Then got my food and the cook was more worried about getting a review from the customer in front of me than getting my order done right. The lady that took my order gave me my bag and asked if I wanted any sauce with it and I said yes and I have to say she was nice. But my order was not complete. I know I should have checked before I left. But when they give you the bag you expect the whole order to be in it. I didn't receive my peach cobbler. I am not walking all the way back in to try and get it because they will probably say it was in the bag and I ate it. So please check your bags before you leave. The sandwich was 100% better and fries where hot. But drink and dessert was not there. Please do better Arby's. You can sponsor a race team but can't fix your restaurant. Come on do better. Also it's 1:30 in the afternoon and only 1 other person in the restaurant. Thought they would be better because it is slow. Anyway wasted money again. Still have not gotten to try the dessert. I will see if I can find someone at the race this weekend from Arby's to see if they can do something. Have a great day.

  The worst Arby’s I’ve ever walked into, they had literally no food to make like why even open (or lazy employees). I go to Arby’s all over the US and never had this terrible of an experience. Whoever the guy working at 11:10pm on cash register 22nd you need some customer service skills.

  Came in today to get something to eat. Located inside of Loves. The decor is real nice as well. Clean on the inside and staff was professional. Got to eat real quick before I light my cigar & get going again. Queens NY bound. So I hot some trucking ahead of me. Place is nice and well maintained. Stop by and check them out.
