  Very disappointing experience. Everything was cold and not properly heated. I ordered a large portion but received a small one, and they didn’t include any sauces with my order. The quality of the food and service was terrible. I really don’t understand how management allows this to happen. Definitely not what I expected from Arby’s. I won’t be coming back to this location.

  I ordered at the kiosk and they didn't tell me they were out of one of my items until they called me to pick it up. Told me they couldn't give refunds on kiosk orders and I had to pick something else of the same price. If I had known that I would have gone somewhere else. Another customer had the same thing happen while I was there and the staff was rude to both of us about it. Won't be going back to this location.

  Triphena took care of our order at the window. She was professional, friendly and had a great attitude. Our hot, fresh tasting food came out super fast and we were able to get back on the road promptly. This was an above average experience when compared to historical food purchases at gas stations!

  Came in right before the 10 pm shift change. All 3 female employees working, though ready to get off of work, were exceptionally kind, professional, and treated me like their first customer of the day instead of their last. It was a pleasure.
