  I placed a mobile pickup order specifically to avoid waiting in the drive-thru, but when I arrived, the lobby was randomly closed with a piece of paper taped to the door. I could literally see my order sitting on the shelf inside, ready to go. Instead of just handing it to me, I was told to get back in my car and wait in the drive-thru line anyway, which completely defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. If the lobby is going to be closed, that needs to be clearly communicated before people place mobile orders, not after they’ve already paid and shown up. It felt disorganized and honestly just lazy. Really frustrating experience for something that should have been quick and easy

  I waited in the drive-thru over a hour and was told to go back around or come inside to wait for my food. I checked in at the speaker and everything, so I don’t understand what the problem is with this location and how it’s being managed. I am so pissed off with this service and the fact that I didn’t get any of my food, a refund, or my reward item back.

  I just got out of the mental hospital and went straight here. The staff member cj was really helpful. 10/10 experience

  Order wasn’t as much as slow but the food was made sloppy and they got our order wrong and left stuff out and the whole place was sloppy
