  After looking at other reviews of this particular sonic - this is likely a waste of time. But just know if you go and the drive thru isn't open, just leave. Or if you go after about 8 at night you better have all night to wait on your food while you watch the 6-7 employees play inside rather than have any concern about getting you your food. Tonight we waited approximately 20 mins for 2 pretzel twists and 2 drinks, then asked a carhop about our order, waited another 10ish minutes before leaving without our food. As easy as it is to get cameras installed, the manager of this store should invest in some and keep any eye on the "after hours" group

  I could give the service in the store. Negative stars I absolutely would. I don't understand what the point of ordering online is is when I'm told that my food would be ready at a certain time and it's 20-30 minutes still afterwards that I don't get it, What's the point? I have contacted the manager and they consistently have nothing But an attitude and nothing in the end actually gets worked on. Whoever owns this store really needs to work on their staffing because they made the store look pretty now. They need to make the service part of it. So much better than what it is.

  Ordered ahead, got there and still had to wait 30 minutes. Signed into the app and they never came out. I had to press the button for Service. Finally got the food and it was not even good lol

  This Sonic is chronically slow. The one on the other side of town is significantly faster. Waited over 10 minutes and nobody took my order after being told to go to a stall instead of using the drive thru. Pressed the button, waited, and watched through the window on their phones ignoring the call.

  Almost 30 minutes to wait for two ice creams, a small blast and medium shake. When I finally received them they were not mixed, got a mouth full of cheesecake flavor on first taste. This Sonic has always had issues when ordering though the app or waiting in a stall. You never know if they just forgot about you or are actually working on your order because they bump orders early to keep their service time low. Avoid this Sonic.
