The app said it was ready, they told us to pull up to the 2nd window claiming it had “2 minutes left,” made us wait 20 minutes (didn’t check in once during said 20 minutes), brought it to us right after we were finally able to get a worker’s attention, they claimed our order “just came out of the oven” but the bottom of the box was barely warm. This is the second time this has happened in the past 3 months.
