  This is the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been in! I own Chipotle stock, I’m embarrassed by how bad this location is: the serving line food was almost cold. There is no cellular service or WiFi available. You cannot use your rewards.

  Arrived for my 1:20 scheduled pick-up. Sat for 40 mins and finally got my food at 2:00. The hold up was because they didn’t have rice ready. This restaurant is filthy. There is a puddle of something leaking out of garbage can and instead of cleaning it up they put up a wet floor sign. I keep giving this location a chance and question myself every time I leave frustrated.

  I waited for almost an hour for them to cook steak for a protein bowl, when I finally asked about the progress for the second time, she went about preparing the bowl, placed five black beans on it, then …I’m sorry we are out of black beans, I can give you what’s in here( I promise, it was no more than twenty beans) but I said ok. Then she went to get the steak…it wasn’t even a half of scoop, I could still count the beans, it was so scarce . I asked is this really all the meat I get( this wasn’t my first time purchasing the bowl, therefore, I know what its suppose to look like), then another server asked, “do you want to purchase a ‘double’ serving? I said this is not even a single serving and opened my mouth to say more but just told them to forget it and walked out. Just because your workers are not doing their job, and you have customers waiting on food and a line to the door, doesn’t mean you cut back on your portions to try to serve more people, yet you want to charge the same price. Poor service tonight!
