  My mom ate her burger about two weeks ago, she just told me yesterday she found a cockroach cooked on her burger here. She didn’t report it, because she loves this Sonic location too much. My whole family has ate at this Sonic location for 20+ years never had an issue on this caliber. I’ve noticed food service is going down every at restaurant not only Sonic, just disappointed because all the kids love going to Sonic with their grandad and grandma.

  Worst sonic i have ever been to. Service sucks. Rude car hops, 2nd time I've been there and both times got my drinks wrong and have had to send them back.

  A month ago I ordered my a wife dirty Dr Pepper (pregnancy cravings), but when I got home my wife and I couldn’t even drink it, it was so bad that I went back and asked for it to be remade, so they kindly did, but last night my wife and I got dinner here and the food was good, but I ordered my wife a dirty Dr Pepper and myself a coke with our two meals. When we got home both were so gross and the Dr Pepper wasn’t even dirty, so I went back to ask for just my wife’s drink to be remade and they refused and told me I’d have to order another one. Things happen, but they should be corrected when they do. I will not be returning to this location and ownership should correct the manager on shift currently at 6:40PM. Pretty ridiculous.

  Placed my order on the way to this location at 6:20 (bag receipt shows it was received at 6:21). Pulled up at 6:25 and entered stall number. Store completed my order on the menu screen and in the app without bringing me my order. This is typical so we waited. However, by 6:45 several people who are arriving after us are being served before us. We press the call button only to be ignored. Do it again at 6:50 and 6:55. With no other options, I called the store at 7 and was told it would be a few more minutes. Cars around us across and all over had no problem receiving service, but we were forced to wait as they ignored our calls and didn’t take any initiative in the car that’s been in the same spot outside their door for 40 minutes (one employee even looked at us and shook her head). I’ve worked in the food industry, if you see a customer waiting that long, something is wrong and generally an employee should be try to fix it. Finally received my order at 7:08–43 minutes after we pulled up. Blasts were melted, food had obviously been sitting out, and the Vanilla Coke Zero didn’t have the vanilla add in I paid for, and I have serious doubts about whether or not it was Coke Zero. I reported it on app only to be ignored there, too.
