  I’m still waiting for my refund after 10 days. I don’t know when Pizza Hut started allowing Door Dash to be their delivery but it is horrible. How do you show up with one pizza and order of cheese sticks saying that’s all they gave you yet receipt attached to the pizza showed I had more items? He took the receipt saying he was going back up there. Then texted saying I need to do a refund. I called up there and the girl stated that they’re remaking it. Two hours later, I called back inquiring about my order. She said her manager approved a refund. The person shows up with one pizza and wings. Every-time I call, someone answers “hello” like they’re at home. Very disappointed that I spend $72.39 including tip and did not get my complete order nor my money back. Making a trip out of my way to inconveniently get my funds. Poor customer service with door dash especially when the 2nd order he’s seen getting my food off the floor of his backseat.
