  This location is consistently bad in my experience. Repeatedly the free or rewards item is always the thing missing. Two times I asked got the free ice cream cone and they dumped it in a cup but when I got it it was literally milk with an ice cream cone on top. I couldn't believe they actually gave it to me like that. I guess because it's a rewards item they don't care or think it's important because it's free. And I don't even go there anymore but it had been several months and I thought surely it wouldn't still be bad. My bad for going.

  This has happened multiple times and I always think it’ll get better. Asked for dehydrated onions instead of slivered onions, confirmed it with her at the window and yet still got slivered onions. Then, the sauce was missing for my wife’s nuggets and they left the fries off of my son’s K-pop meal. No box for the K-pop meal, didn’t tell me that until I was waiting at the window for that meal. When she opened the window she said “something wrong?” I asked about his meal and she was like “oh we don’t have any boxes.” Call to talk to the manager and get a voicemail box that I’m sure no one calls back from.

  Slow service. Hasn't changed in the last 3 years. Its was the last time I came here. Thought I would give it another try. Sadly disappointed. Owner must not really care about making money.
