  Yesterday I ordered 12 count on DoorDash and when they arrived I only received 6. Today I ordered 12 with 4 chocolate iced, 4 glazed and 4 chocolate iced with sprinkles. When those arrived I received 4 strawberry with sprinkles instead of chocolate iced. Everytime I doordash from this store my order is always wrong, pay attention when preparing the orders and fix the problem. I do not appreciate constantly receiving what I did not ask for.

  Late Post. On Yesterday, I was out shopping with my daughter. As she wanted to go into Hot Topic, we passed by Krispy Kreme and they had that red light on! So my big back instincts kicked in and I wanted some soft warm sweet savory donuts. I left Hot Topic and got in that long line of customers and waited my turn. I order a dozen! I could wait to get that fresh donuts in my mouth. He calls my order quick. I feel the box. It's cold. I feel my anxiety heightened. I open the box. No hot and ready!. Just 12 ready cold donuts. So I walk back in and ask one of the employees behind the counter. About the hot and ready light. Why she says, "We do not make the donuts here, they are made somewhere else." I was pertude. I wanted to ask why do you all have that Hot and Ready Signed! But I avoid conflict and do reviews. So if you like me who like their Krispy Kreme hot and ready. Don't expect it there. I was disappointed. But I did go home and warm that box! Lol 🤦🏾‍♀️

  The place is clean and the service is decent. However, the donuts were terrible. Tasted like they were fried in old grease, dumped a busload of sugar on and simply rewarmed.
