I called them on my lunch break and they knew me by name and my order. They offered to remake my order at no charge. They did NOT have to do that. I didn’t catch the young ladies names, but both that were there were very sweet.

During my recent visit, I was charged extra for caramel to be added to my drink. However, after receiving my order, I realized that the caramel had not been added. When I brought this to the staff’s attention, the young lady who came from the back hollering introduced herself as the manager responded in an unprofessional and disrespectful manner. From the back of the store, she began yelling that the caramel had already been added. When she came to the window, she had an attitude and told me she was not going to add it to my drink, despite the fact that I had paid for it. This experience was frustrating and unacceptable. As a paying customer, I expect to receive the items I am charged for, along with respectful and professional service. The manager’s behavior did not reflect the level of customer care that I would expect from your company. I would appreciate it if this matter could be reviewed and addressed appropriately. I hope steps will be taken to ensure that future customers are treated with respect and receive accurate orders. In addition to leaving I asked for corporate number and they gave me a 901 number of a guy name Richard who I explained this same exact issue too and his response was “ Hello, thank you for contacting us we work Monday through Friday and will contact you during our business hours” I NEVER HEARD FROM HIM!
