  Walked in at 11:05 and no food was ready. Nobody wanted to come to the front to tell us the food wasn't ready.

  Food looks like it had been sitting there all day. Items were low like the rice but no one was making sure they were filled. Had takeout and provided no utensils. Will not be going back.

  I visited this Chipotle earlier this week, and I was genuinely impressed by both the food and service. I especially wanted to recognize two employees who made my experience stand out. One was a younger white gentleman who I assumed was a manager, and I later happened to catch his name and believe it was Jerry. What impressed me most was that Jerry appeared to be handling the entire kitchen by himself. He was preparing food, keeping the kitchen running, making customers’ orders, and ensuring everything stayed stocked, all while helping what appeared to be a newer employee up front. I watched him repeatedly stop to patiently walk the employee through orders and explain what to do while continuing to manage the kitchen and make bowls. Despite balancing so many responsibilities, he remained friendly, professional, and had a smile on his face the entire time. I also want to recognize the young Hispanic woman working on the other line. I initially came in to pick up an online order and ran into an issue, and she immediately took the time to help me resolve it. She was incredibly patient, attentive, and welcoming and made sure everything was taken care of without ever making me feel like an inconvenience. She maintained a positive attitude and a smile while still keeping up with everything on her line, and her kindness genuinely made my experience better. After receiving my online order, I decided to place another order because everything looked incredibly fresh, well stocked, and appetizing. Jerry ended up making my bowl while still managing the kitchen and was just as friendly and enthusiastic while helping me directly. The food was phenomenal, the restaurant was well maintained, and both employees made me feel genuinely welcomed. Between Jerry’s ability to manage the kitchen while training and supporting another employee and the young woman’s patience and excellent customer service, they represented the restaurant extremely well. This was easily one of my best experiences at a Chipotle, and I sincerely hope both Jerry and the young woman receive recognition for their work ethic, professionalism, and excellent service. I am new to the area and not used to service this outstanding from chipotle, but I am well pleased.

  The portions were so damn small! I literally left it at the cash register!!!! Go play with someone else. Now u can THROW THE ENTIRE BOWL AWAY! $18 for a kids portion bowl with double meat but you literally give less then you do on one portion. CRAZY!!!!
