  An hour and a half before closing and few items were available. What they did have, they tried to give small portions. Halfway through the disaster and having to wait for items, I just left. I’m not paying full price for 1/3 of the food that I would get at a normal Chipotle. I don’t know what it’s like earlier, but don’t bother after 9 PM. Chipotle has really dropped off from what it once was.

  We come here a lot but the workers seem to short change ya on the protein and the toppings. And act annoyed when you ask for more. Sometimes the rice is hard sometimes it’s just right it’s hit or miss here. Also maybe try to not spice up the regular chicken so much it’s so spicy I have to order extra sour cream just to make the spicy flavor go away. Some people can’t have spicy food so please take this into consideration.

  The worker's look lost all the time, its really slow, looks very messy and unprofessional and the portions are really small.

  If you love rice with toppings such as chicken, beef, vegetables, beans, and more, Chipotle is the right place. I ordered brown rice with a mix of toppings, and it was satisfying. Prices are fair, staff are friendly, and the place is clean and comfortable for dining Highly recommended for quick casual meals.

  On Sunday, April 13th, 2026, my family and I visited your Chipotle location in Southaven, Mississippi. Unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing and fell well below the standards I’ve come to expect from Chipotle. Upon arriving, the food preparation area was noticeably dirty and disorganized. The ingredient compartments appeared unkempt, with residue mixed throughout. Many items were extremely low or nearly depleted, and the food that was visible looked old and poorly maintained. We encountered multiple shortages. You were completely out of white rice, forcing us to accept brown rice as the only option. More concerningly, when we asked about the vinaigrette, a staff member stated they simply didn’t have time to prepare it that day, despite having all the necessary ingredients available. When we questioned this further, a manager acknowledged that several ingredient combinations weren’t mixed due to time constraints. The portions served were noticeably smaller than what we typically receive. Staff appeared to be rushing customers through, likely to accommodate the line behind us. When we asked about waiting for fresh rice to cook, we were told it would take thirty minutes and essentially pressured to accept what was already available. The food we received was not fresh. This experience does not reflect the quality and cleanliness standards Chipotle is known for.
