  Idk why a there are all the negative reviews here. I have been here for an hour or so and the service is great. Don't feel ignored at all...this is the typical B Dubs. The trash can outside is for sure overflowing from people cleaning out their cars, but not a reason to drop stars. Edit. Only here an hour and I had to drop stars. Usually in different BDubs every other day and I guess they rolled out the trashy Ziosk crap here. Not requiring people to pay on it yet, but they will soon. That's why I quit going to Chili's and Crapebees. They will require employees to MAKE people pay on these stupid things. They would rather people pay cash. I travel for work all the time and know how this works. Anyways, you lost 2 stars because of the Ziosk. Everything was 5 stars until I saw this On another note, bartender Dana was perfect and very attentive

  Been here plenty of times and every time has had problems. Today, ordered food and it takes over an hour to be ready, then when I go to get it I have to wait another 10 minutes for any of the 10 employees laughing on the floor to finally come to the register. Then another 5 for my food. Only to have items missing. Did they have to slaughter the chicken before cooking it? I miss when yall were good, please go back to that.

  This place was not good . they threw away my food that was in a Togo box and told me sorry and didn’t try to offer to fix me some more food. They really don’t deserve a star. I will never eat here again

  I stopped in to get some wings because BW’s is one of my favorite restaurants and I go to them all over the nation when I’m traveling for work. At the greeters post, I asked the lady if I could sit outside because the NFL Draft was on and the volume was so loud you’d think you were at a concert. I was sat at a table and given a menu. I sat there for probably 10 minutes without ever being recognized until a lady came out and asked me if I’d ordered yet. I told her no and she went back inside. I sat there for about another 5 minutes and finally asked the family next to me what their service was like (because I could hear their conversation and they didn’t sound happy). They told me they’d been there for 2 hours and they just got their food, but the father didn’t get his food at all and BWs had no record of his order. So I left after about 15-20 minutes of not ordering and not even being given a drink. I won’t be going back to this BWs.
