- AAanon4 days ago1.0Went in tonight (5/16) over an hour before close and waited 10 minutes for one person to take orders while 3 other people were stocking or something. When I asked if we could order from them they all said no. That’s ridiculous, one person can stock for two seconds to clear a line (of like 3 people. Not super busy which is even more annoying). The couple in front of us also had the same experience except they waited until the one girl making orders was done cashing the other people out to get her to make it. Work in the mornings if you don’t want to serve customers and do closing duties (which are performed in down time before closing or after you close) Sincerely, Someone who has worked in restaurants majority of her life.

Which she did not move for the crowd of customers walking in the door. Got yelled at by one employee stating she’d take whoever’s ready order. They never once greeted any of the 3 families in the store. Never once thanked us, no conversation at all. Just rushing us to get out of the door. Acted as if we were in there after closing time. I get wanting to go home, but please don’t sign up for a job if you can’t work the hours. I am not the type to walk in 5mins before closing. Closing time is when you lock the door and do the closing duties, not before!

Can I redeem my birthday rewards at any Baskin-Robbins?
Most of our U.S. shops accept Birthday Club rewards, but not all. If you’re planning to use a Birthday Club reward, you may want to call your local shop first to see if they will accept it.
Can I sign up my children and other family members for the Birthday Club?
Yes. Each Birthday Club account can have only one primary person (age 13 and up); however, members can add up to 5 other family members to their accounts easily.
Once you are logged in, click on “Family Members” and then “Add a Family Member”. From here, add your family member’s details. You can add up to five family members.

After I sign up for the Birthday Club, how do I edit my account information?

I forgot my Birthday Club password. How do I log in?
You’ll need to reset your password. Visit our “Log In” page in the BR App or online and click “Forgot Password”. We’ll ask for your email address and will send you an email where you can create a new password. Still having trouble? Contact Consumer Care at 800-859-5339 and we’ll give you a hand.
How do I remove a family member from my Birthday Club account?
To remove a family member, log in to your account in the BR App or online and go to “Family Members.” Then, click “Remove” next to the family member’s name. A window will pop up. Select “Remove” again to confirm the deletion.
