  Hands down the worst McDonalds I’ve ever had the misfortune of ordering from. They either get your food wrong or its a 35 minute wait for some fries. Oh you asked for extra salt on your fries..? You get no salt actually. Oh did you want extra onions? Nope you get no onions sorry! Don’t order around 6-10pm you will be in line for an hour also don’t drive up to the second speaker because you will get skipped at least 5 times because the first speaker has priority i guess. The workers are beyond rude understandably so because it seems as though they are always understaffed at everytime of the day. Genuinely in my 2 years of living here I have never had a single positive experience at this McDonalds. As I sit here and write the reviews i am waiting on my food that i ordered 52 minutes ago!

  This place has terrible customer service. A Thank you or you're welcome should always be said. Never any ice in the lobby and they know this. They had you an empty cup that you have to waste more time waiting in line to get some ice. Then you have to go back and wait again for a straw. GET BETTER!

  Awesome service... the lobby can be cleaned up during the shift stop letting employees just stand around on their phones

  Went through drive through ordered my son a meal combo with no drink. She asked anything else? I said a large fry because I was not feeling well. She says pull around. Did not repeat order and did not show up on screen. When I got to window she then ask if I ordered double cheese burger and large fries. I said yes plus another large fry. She huffed and puffed and told me I should have told her when ordered. I said mam I did and YOU should have repeated order back since your screen does not show what you are putting in for me. We'll I can't do it now She says. I said, well I can't pay you and drove on down to Sardis, MS where service was great.

  I stop at this location McDonald's every couple of weeks as it is on the way to me having to take my kids back to their mother's and I have had nothing but a awesome experience almost every time. They have a indoor playground that my children absolutely love and they prepare our food accurately and with good speed each visit. The bathrooms are actually clean here as well as the playground and restaurant areas and this McDonald's is one of the best if not the best in North Mississippi in my opinion. This is one of the only McDonalds that the ice cream machine isn't always down at as well! I highly recommend this one if you have children that love McDonalds.
