  What a mess of a hamburger, very greasy meat and how much mayo is required, and the older women cooking, go back to culinary school ohhh wait McDonald's hires no experience necessary. Definitely not coming back here to this location

  Ironically I wrote a review of this same location a year ago. Yep, it was negative. Based on recent comments I've read, there's been no improvement. Tonight I regrettably went here for a curbside order. After I waited over 15 minutes, a young employee carelessly strolls toward my car with an order. He doesn't say hello, simply recites what's in the bag - which was not my meal. I told him no and without a word, he turned and strolled back inside. Do they not teach these employees to look at the stall number and match it to the order?? After that, I just drove somewhere else to get food. I rarely complain on these platforms, but to often I've witnessed careless / confused employees in the parking lot walk from car to car with random bags of food, asking customers what they ordered. I've witnessed drive-thru workers tell cars to pull up and wait, even when they were the only car in the drive-thru. Customer service here is deplorable. This truly is the worst store I've been to. It's convenient and needed in this area where there aren't many restaurant options. But they need to get their act together or shut down.

  This is the worst McDonald's I've ever been at. I ordered 2 McDoubles, and a ice cream cone. The ice cream cone was ok, I guess they can't mess that up. The McDoubles not. I received 2 hamburgers with alot of mustard and ketchup. I tried to call them, because I'm a truck driver. They never answer the phone.

  The good is normal fast food however had to wait over 30 minutes on a medium frappe because all the kids who work in there wasn’t doing anything but sitting at the drive thru window talking and acting cute with each other until the manager walked in 30 minutes later. This is a truck stop so service needs to be fast. Needless to say. I’m not happy with the service at all- and they just made me later getting home to north Alabama

  I got the best Hot “N” Spicy I ever had from this McDonald’s. It was sooo fire. Young blk didn’t care they was about to close, he still gave me great service. It was so savory and juicy. Ima be chasing this high forever 🤤🤤🤤 I’m Loving It
