  This restaurant racially profiles their guests to decide what order they get their meals. I will never be going back. They sabotaged my burger by dousing it in ketchup and making it inedible. I could not see the inside of the bun or the burger and bacon, just the mountain of ketchup on both sides. And considering the worker held eye contact with me while sliding it over to the expo/manager, after making my burger out of order to ensure I would be served last, it was obviously done on purpose. Do yourself a favor, and stop in Laurel or Meridian to eat. This place is disgusting.

  Everyone working here is extremely rude, i try so hard not to go inside because of their attitudes but they never get the order right so i always have to. I truly believe it’s my skin color they don’t like. I live close so it is very convenience but the experience is always so bad that I try hard to avoid going here. Getting breakfast here before work, however, is an almost daily thing. I do not understand if they have a policy against giving butter for the hotcakes but they Never do it. Because of this, I starting immediately asking for extra butter (with a “please” and a smile) yet even then I only find 2 butter packs in the bag. We get 3 orders of hotcakes, that is 9 hotcakes! But God forbid I go inside seeking more. These people seem to hate their jobs and to be honest I believe they hate my skin color. They never attempt to smile or even act neutral, the attitudes and comments are off the chart. I never get an attitude and I am not a person who goes around being rude to anyone. I am shy so I smile constantly and speak with extremely polite manners as to avoid confrontation with anyone. That definitely does not work here.

  Waited over 30 minutes for my food, got the food after 10 minutes with fresh fries, proceeded to wait 20 more minutes for a frappe, after they walked 3 frappes to a customer that ordered after me I got a full refund. Will not stop again

  I had a very disappointing experience at this McDonald’s on Sunday, 4/12/2026 at approximately 1:05 PM. I placed a simple mobile app order for a medium fry, expecting a quick pickup. Unfortunately, shortly after I arrived, five motor coaches full of college students came in, which clearly created a rush. I completely understand unexpected volume, so I calmly explained to the manager that I am a truck driver operating on a strict federal duty clock and could not afford to lose valuable driving time waiting on one order of fries. Rather than showing any understanding or customer care, the manager responded with a very dismissive and rude attitude, stating there was “nothing she could do.” When I asked to speak with another manager, she informed me that she was the manager, then said the other manager was “busy” and simply walked away. After waiting an additional 20 minutes, with no effort made to resolve such a simple order, I finally had to call her back over for a refund. Even then, she appeared irritated, acted as if she did not want to process the refund, and continued the same poor attitude. I told her respectfully that the time it took to process the refund could have easily been used to put fries in a bag and hand me my order, which was the entire frustration from the start. Her response was to roll her eyes and walk away. The issue was not the rush itself—it was the lack of professionalism, poor attitude, and unwillingness to provide even basic customer service for a very small order. As someone who works in transportation and understands pressure during busy times, I was extremely disappointed by how this was handled. This location seriously needs improvement in manager professionalism, customer communication, and basic service recovery.
