It was freezing inside, we had to eat in the car, but other than that, everything was 👌🏾🙂

Sandersville location: I ordered lunch through the mobile app. Arrived and 30 minutes of waiting later I requested my food or a refund because I just used my entire lunch break and I was late. They refused to cancel my order telling me I had to do it online, when I showed online stated the store had to do it they still refused to cancel my order. They stole $6, i had no lunch, and I lost 15 minutes of pay. No matter how hungry you are do not go here...ever....

Out of coke, out of Dr. Pepper, can’t order this location on the mobile app. Makes you pull forward and wait on your food in the parking lot when there’s no one behind you so the service time looks good for management. Trash location, trash employees.

Service is pretty poor at this location.. lacking care, professionalism, motivation or real attention to detail. The girl who took my order was unfamiliar with a special advertised on the drive thru menu. When I brought it up, she acted like it was annoying and was uninterested in my bringing it up. On top of that, they gave me the wrong sandwich, which I noticed a short while later after having already left the drive-thru. Eh.. not the best McDonald's, for sure.
