  Ordered Cinnamon Rolls, received cinnamon breadsticks. When inquiring about the mix up I was told “We’re out of those, so we gave you these” Couldn’t get a refund for my order at the restaurant? Would love to speak with a operator of this store.

  Recommendations for staff: 1. Acknowledge/greet customers when you see them. All too often I’m ignored for minutes — yes, minutes — while employees box pizzas or talk to each other. It’s not complicated. A simple “Welcome to Pizza Hut, someone will be right with you” would suffice. 2. Mind the details. “Extra sauce” doesn’t mean no sauce on my pizza. Ordering one of the seasoned crusts doesn’t mean plain crust. Paying for an extra dip cup means I expect that extra cup. Messing up the details means you can’t get higher than two stars. 3. Fix errors quickly. Your employees always resist making things right when they’re wrong. I don’t appreciate being treated like I don’t know what I ordered or can’t get what I paid for. Continual errors makes it difficult to justify returning as a customer, especially when Papa John’s does it so much better.

  Food is Pizza and that has been good. This is the 2nd time I have ordered pizza in 2 days. Yesterday when I picked it up the young lady was very short with me when I asked a question. I just thought maybe she was having a bad day so I just let that go. But here's something that has happened today and it has happened several times on the thin crust pizza that we order. On the bottom of the order page in the app it ask if you have any instructions to just add them. Each time I order thin crust pepperoni I ask to "Please cut in pie shape" everytime I order. I don't like the square cut and that's why I ask for pie cut. 8 out of 10 times I ask for pie cut it is cut in squares. I ask nicely but for some reason it is ignored. If you aren't going to do what the customer is asking for then take the suggestion box off of the app.

  This is the best Pizza Hut in town, i think best pizza. Always have good ready at pick up time and food is top notch!
