  Manager was extremely rude on 2 different occasions over heard the manager calling customers fat for how they ordered food absolutely rude and my food was old and crusty the bread was crunchy and the fry’s where cold and still frozen the tea was water absolutely disgusting do not recommend Ripley McDonald’s !!

  It was horrible. The workers were all really rude and didn’t help anyone. They took forever with our food as we ordered online and waited over an hour for the food. People in the back were standing around not doing anything.

  The girl was new, had to repeat order multiple times but over all good. Food was good.

  Ran into an issue today where I ordered ahead on the app and parked for Curbside pickup. After waiting for 20-30 minutes I finally get my food, only to find that out of the 4 sausage burritos I ordered I only received 2. Went in to let the workers know, waited another 5-10 minutes to speak to someone. I tell them and overhear a manager in the back claim I was just trying to get free food and that she counted them correctly. She did not, and thankfully the actual workers below her gave me the food I paid for. They need to get that morning manager out of there and get someone who isn't so rude.
