- MSM SMay 11, 20265.0My family and I came to Top Golf Sunday night and had a great time. I want to brag on our waiter Tyhler P. This young man was very professional, polite, and provided great customer service. If you happen to go to Top Golf ask for Tyhler to be your waiter! Thank you again Tyhler!
- JBJohn BrownMay 10, 20265.0This was a 1 star review, but the manager Meesha was so polite and really helpful so I changed it to a 5 star. That being said, prior to the manager stepping in the service was just bad all around. It felt like every person we talked to was bothered by being asked a question. We waited nearly 40 minutes for waters and a little over an hour and a half for our food(which never came). The bays were not clean and I don’t mean that they were a little dirty. There was trash in almost every bay we walked past. The experience here was not like any Top golf I’ve been to in the country. The manager was really trying, but one person can’t do everything and everyone else just seemed like they were checked out. The five stars are for the manager alone, everything was so disappointing.

Were very rude, disrespectful and rowdy. Another server or manager continued to serve the table after a few slurs. Is this the kind of service y’all allow?? Is this the kind of environment you let your staff work in?? PROTECT YOUR STAFF.
