    I ordered a triple smash burger and they gave me 3 paper thin patties that were burnt until crispy. All 3 "patties" together were thinner than a single regular burger patty.

    this sonic does not answer the phone. i placed an order to this sonic accidentally and i called to get a refund so I could place it at the correct location. after several calls, they never answered.

    Took an extremely long unreasonable time to get us our food. Probably 30 minutes for two milkshakes. They also got the order wrong
