  I ordered two drinks for a customer that I was delivering. I noticed that the drinks were made the opposite way. He then took the drink that he made the wrong way, which was the taller one and dumped it into a smaller cup without putting the toppings on the top. He then took the smaller cup and dumped it into a larger cup, then added more ingredients and was gonna hand it to me and I asked him to put the toppings on and he said no the toppings are now on the inside. And I said well that’s not acceptable because the toppings belong on the top so either you please remake for the client or add them on the top and and he started yelling at me and then the manager got involved and threw me out when DoorDash is supposed to be on the inside not the outside because there is no DoorDash actual pick up spot at a sonic and I will never go back there, and I will also recommend to all my other fellow DoorDash‘s as well as customers not to visit this sonic

  If I could give this place 0 stars I would, this sonic is garbage. It was only me and one other car at this location trying to order and could not get anyone to take my order through the drive thru. And when you do get your food after a long period of waiting it’s never right. This location is always lazy and slow. I’ve had nothing but bad experiences at this sonic location. This was my last time ever going to this sonic. Do not waste your time or money at this establishment just awful in all aspects.

  The food wasn’t that good, only thing that I enjoyed was the drink. Spots are almost too small for a standard SUV to fit in.

  No sense of urgency , active listening at an all time low . This if my second time having to leave without my food because why am I wait for over 5 minutes for such a small meal Item?takes forever to answer the headset WITH NO CUSTOMERS
