  Having to wait over an hour for delivery and then to be told that the pizza had been sitting in a warmer is not acceptable. Have you ever had a pizza that has been sitting in a warmer that long? It is crusty, stale, and awful. The appropriate response is to offer to recook it. They charge an arm and a leg for the delivery fee, so they can doordash it. After all that they still did not have an ETA for when it would be picked up for delivery. Then we gave a huge tip for one pizza. We ended up canceling in and ordering from somewhere else. At an hour and 20 minutes, while calling to cancel, that pizza was still in the warmer. With ample options for pizza in this area, I would recommend something better or at least with better service.

  This is a clean store, with helpful staff. It was a very busy store, put everybody waiting was happy and patient even though they didn't need to wait long because the folks that work in there are pretty fast at their jobs. They were even training a new employee, and the service was still quick.

  Placed an order 35 mins before they closed… online!!!!!! I waited, watched and it moved to preparing it stayed on preparing order for awhile. It became closer to closing time so I decided to call and a guy answered saying “oh it was on the way” y’all my order never showed up so then I get a refund 5 mins later from Pizza Hut they canceled my order my thing is why lie? So then I called again with intentions of asking where it was again or to get some kind of answers this lady answers the phone and says they are closed and they canceled my order. I’m asking okay why???? Someone just told me it was on the way now it’s all of a sudden canceled this is bad business. Sounds like laziness yall should stop taking orders a certain time if you do not want to honor them after a certain time your turning down money and lying to customers is ridiculous as a owner I would fire fire fire these lazy people! If I could give 0 stars I would

  Heaven, the manager on duty, gave the warmest and most gracious customer service in lieu of disappointment due to website error on my order. The entire staff was diligent in correcting all online orders with speed and wonderful attitudes. By far, the best customer service I've witnessed in a long time.
