- AAAllean4 days ago5.0Nice and cold inside for hot days, ice cream was good and well mixed, this was my first time coming here and I definitely plan on coming back. Also the server was very understanding and patient 10/10

I have been to many Dairy Queen’s and the customer service is A1 and the items look just like picture. But the Dairy Queen in Ridgeland Ms was the worst experience my friend and I have had. We waited like 10 minutes in the line. One worker was on the phone snapping and my custard dripped on my clothes. And look at picture. It looks nothing like what I asked for.

Fresh out the microwave… my fries looked and tasted so old. Also my chicken strips were hard and weren’t very good. I went a couple nights ago and it was good food. So I guess it’s the group that works.
