There wasn’t any white rice and when I asked for some, the man had an attitude with me when I asked for extra and I want steak and they were out of steak, and he caught an attitude with me because I asked for steak. Anyways, I proceeded with my order until it’s time to pay. I have a QR code for a free drink. Unknowingly I didn’t know that I had to scan the QR code before he put the order in so when I scanned my QR code, the same man caught in complete attitude with me and I did not appreciate that so we kept having to redo the QR code because obviously he didn’t know how to work it and when I’m done with my purchase, he didn’t even give me my cup for my free drink which was highly disrespectful so I went back to ask for a cup the lady cutting the steak. She had an attitude as well and she gave me a little kids cup and I am a grown woman. I don’t know what is up with these businesses on County line, but y’all need to fix it.

This might be the worst Chipotle I’ve ever been to and the overall experience was just very subpar. The restaurant was just not clean to begin with. We got in line to order and where they keep the product was just disgusting and had obviously not been cleaned in a while even though there were about 6-8 employees there. I witnessed the guy prepping in the back take his phone out of his pocket (with gloves still on) scroll on his phone and put his phone back wipe his face and shirt with the same gloves and begin to cut meat without changing his gloves. I was still going to get my bowl even though the girl gave me the scraps at the bottom. We get to the front with one person in front of us trying to check out but they obviously knew people working there it took them forever to be checked out maybe 5 minutes because they were all talking to each other. As soon as the person in front of me was closed out, the cashier walked off. My brother & I stood there for maybe 2-3 minutes waiting to be checked out and just decided to leave. Overall terrible customer service.
