- TCThe Full Life Crew5 days ago1.0It was dirty and the employee that had a cleaning rag and spray in her hand was in the corner on her phone. The employee serving us was not in the mood to be at work. These employees don't realize how important customer service is and cleaning is. The cooking area had stuff all over the floor and nasty looking pots stacked up. I hope I don't get sick from the unclean environment. Whomever owns this location should fire everyone and train new employees on how to keep a restaurant clean and how important the customer is. I can see this place getting hit with health code violations and closing due to lack of customer service. Its like they gave no effort.

She looked at me for several second then rolled her eyes and went back by the cook. The young man who was on the second portion area stepped in and took care of the both of us.. he obviously saw the interaction and wanted to change the narrative so we could have a great experience. So we'll be taking the extra 25 min ride to the Pearl location next time..
