  Not true to store hours. The door says open till 11pm and the hours online but they were closed at 9:50??? Their missing out on money.

  dirty restaurant, rude staff. out of multiple items. Would avoid this chipotle.

  5 Stars to the Employees, Negative 4 to the Manager, Isabella. I wish I could give zero stars but I can’t because the staff and workers made up for the Managers shitty treatment of both me and my girlfriend, she was rude, fucked up my order when ringing it up, forgot to give me the food I ordered and payed for, gave me sarcasm when I came back around to get it after going thru the entire line, was constantly yelling at the crew and ordering them around, talked over the crew when correcting her on how to correctly ring up my order, incorrectly bagged my order so it soaked thru the bottom on my 5min drive home, and then ripped the bottom out spilling my food on the ground, I didn’t even feel like going back in, I can’t see how a team running under a manager like her can stay afloat, worst management I have ever seen. I felt guilty ordering food because of the terrible treatment she gave to her staff because of my order. The staff was great and I appreciated their hard work to get my order made corrected. But I can confidently say in my years of working both high and low end fast food, and retail, Isabella was the worst and most incompetent manager I have ever seen.

  Restaurant was out of steak settled for another meat then it came down to the cheese manager who seemed very bothered told me they only had queso I informed her I don't eat queso I can tell she didn't want to go get any long story short I left empty handed and hungry this was my second time going but will not be going back!!

  Today is my 3rd day coming in a row. The first two times I came, they were out of everything but meat and rice so I left. I get off work and immediately head to chipotle. It’s a line per usual. However 2 employees of chipotle who were not on the clock and or friends of the employees working where allowed to skip the line and was passed 2 cups full of vinaigrette in the containers for Queso or Guacamole. (The girl that gave them the vinaigrette says don’t tell nobody) When it was my time to order which I was placed behind the girls that skipped the line me and another customer there was no vinaigrette. Once I showed that I was upset about the vinaigrette the young lady checking people out that passed out the vinaigrette stated well you don’t have to buy the food! That’s not the point. I had just gotten off work and was told from yesterday visit that they would be restocked which is why I returned because they was out of everything the day before.
